  • 1992-1993: Study Director, BET SASSINE Rouen - France paraseismic study of schools and airport at Point-à-Pitre;

  • July 1993 – Oct. 2001: BUREAU VERITAS: Deputy Director of International Development, Operational Manager for the Stade de France construction control team 1995-98, Regional Director for Central and Eastern Europe and Development Director for the Northern Europe Zone 1998- 2001.

  • Nov. 2001-June 2004: OST Group -Moscow: Director of development real estate projects "offices, residential and shopping centers;

  • July 2004-2009: ZNAK: Real Estate Development Director, based in Moscow. Then Study Director for the Hippodrome project until 2011.
